After yesterday's post, I thought I might give you something a bit more light and refreshing:
Raspberry, Berry-Banana Smoothie
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1 frozen banana
2 cups almond or soy milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Serves 2
